MACHINE BED

 The machine has one piece bed, close grained, and graded cast iron.

         Box structure design, heavily reinforced with ribs, provides high rigidity and stability.

  MACHINE GUIDEWAYS

         Machine large inverted prismatic guide ways of V-Flat construction are precisely & carefully hand

         scrapped to ensure high accuracy.

         The work head slideway as well as grinding wheel head slideways are coated with “TURCITE-B” linear

  guide way material which gives stick slip free movements, excellent vibration damping and high repetitive

         positioning accuracy and increase the life.

         Continuous automatic lubrication system provided for both the guideways.  Centralized lubrication

         system is also provided (Optionally), for efficient lubrication of moving parts.

         WORK HEAD

         Spindle made of specially alloy steel, cash hardened, ground and lapped.

         Spindle can be clamped for grinding between centers or it can be rotated with the driving carrier

         plate to carry work holding fixtures like chuck, collect or face plate.

          WHEEL HEAD

         Wheel head spindle is made of special alloy steel, cash hardened, ground and lapped to achieve high

                 Spindle runs in high precision White Metal Bush Bearings to give high accuracy and excellent surface

         finish to the work piece.

 

         INFEED SYSTEM

         In-feed system comprises of hardened and profile ground lead screw, which ensures repetitive accuracy

  1. One piece bed made of high grade cast iron casting provided with strong ribs for        

       Rigidity and a large inverted prismatic guide and wide track for the table.

  1. Center height: - 150 mm.
  2. Admit between center: - 300 mm.
  3. Main Slide is Hydraulically operated by Reputed Hydraulic Cylinders.
  4. Work head having high precision clearance adjustable Ph. Bronze Taper bush bearing having

      0.5 hp A.C motor and four speeds through step pulley.

  1. Wheel Head Having clearance adjustable white metal bush Bearing.
  2. Grinding wheel: - Æ 350 ´ 40 ´ 127 mm.
  3. Manual feed resolution: - 0.005 on radius.
  4. Hardened and ground feed screw and cash hardened Feed Shaft for perfect repeat accuracy.
  5. Work head and Tail stock Morse Taper: - MT –3.
  6. Wheel head having 3 hp and hydraulic having 1 hp A.C Motor.
  7. Automatic lubrication on main moveable slide by flow control valve.
  8. Separate hydraulic power pack unit fitted with 24 v D.C Valve.
  9. Hydraulic Oil Tank Capacity: - 50 ltr.
  10. 40 mm Rapid approach for wheel head forward and retraction.
  11. Inbuilt electrical control penal board having all reputed components.
  12. Simple coolant tank with pump and piping.
  13. Machine is tested as per IS 2368.
  14. Total hp: - 4.56 hp.
  15. Manual Straight Dressing Devise provided with the machine without Diamond dresser.
  16. More rigid and precise Tailstock having 25 mm traverses.
  17. Turcite –B slide way coated on both moveable slides to prevent stick slip motion.
  18. Wheel Puller Set, Allen Key set, Fix Spanner set and all electrical motors are provided with the machine.
